structural energetic therapy

Full body therapy that produces maximum rehabilitation of physical conditions that cause pain and builds physical performance.

Myofascial Release

Gentle pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.


A massage technique that includes gently pulling a body region or extremity away from its neutral position in order to lengthen the myofascial fibers.

Therapeutic massage for athletes of any kind specific to your sport of choice, with a focus on troublesome areas of the body.

Kinesio Taping

Athletic tape designed to mimic and re-train the tissue of the human body. It can assist muscle tension, decrease muscle tension, support ligaments, assist lymphatic drainage, and provide myofacial corrections.

deep tissue

A focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.

trigger point

A massage designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.

Sporting Events/Expos

Pre/Post race sports massage at athletic expos. Focuses on the muscle groups being exercised for the event.


Aimed at working on a specific tense or painful spot with deeper pressure to relieve the strain.


An ideal therapeutic choice for prenatal care, each massage differs based on your individual needs, requests, and stage of pregnancy.


Pressure is applied to areas in the hands and feet called “reflex zones”, which relieves stress, addresses conditions of the feet and ankle, and promotes overall relaxation.


We offer 4-minute vibrational energy sessions with the Novalite 3000 Tesla Photon Machine as an optional, additional service to massage sessions.

With this is mind,  we offer flexible EPIC Bodywork & Massage memberships in 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions so your wellness plan can easily be maintained.
