Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a fun class that incorporates the fluidity of breath and movement. Each class is uniquely designed to allow you to explore and play within your own body. It incorporates poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Basic knowledge of sun salutations is recommended but not necessary.

Yin Yoga

In this class you are guided into seated or lying poses that are held for approximately 3-5 minutes. This allows access into the deeper layers of the muscles and joints to optimize mobility and release stagnant energy blocks. This class is especially good for improving flexibility and range of motion. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced students looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.

Restorative

In this class you are guided into relaxing poses that allow the body to gently release unnecessary stress and tension.  Soft, supportive bolsters, blankets and blocks are used to support the body in poses that are held for approximately 5 minutes. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced students looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.
